Soraian LLC, DBA Soraian AI (“Soraian AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI automation systems, communication workflows, software tools, and related services for veterinary clinics and other businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, submit a form, request a demo, interact with one of our prototypes or sample experiences, communicate with us by phone, email, or text message, sign in to the Soraian AI Client Portal, or otherwise engage with our services.
Soraian AI is a business-to-business company. In many cases, the information we collect directly is business contact information from veterinary clinics, clinic staff, operators, managers, owners, and other prospective or current business customers. Some pages, workflows, and forms may be presented as prototypes, demonstrations, or sample user experiences to show how Soraian AI systems could function for a veterinary clinic or other client. These prototype experiences, including “Soraian AI Vets” or similarly branded demo environments, are for demonstration, testing, evaluation, and sales purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, business name, clinic name, job title, email address, mobile phone number, website, business details, operational needs, appointment workflow details, project requirements, and any other information you choose to submit through contact forms, intake forms, demo request forms, surveys, chat experiences, prototype flows, email, phone, or text.
If you interact with a prototype, demonstration flow, or fictitious intake experience that simulates a veterinary workflow, we may collect the information entered into that experience for purposes such as demonstrating functionality, evaluating usability, testing workflows, improving our systems, responding to your inquiry, and discussing potential services with your business. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these prototype and demonstration experiences are not intended to create a veterinary provider-client relationship or to serve as a real clinical intake or treatment workflow.
If you are invited to the Soraian AI Client Portal, we collect the email address you were invited at, the organization you belong to, the access you are granted, and the information needed to keep you signed in securely. If you choose to sign in with Google, we also receive the information described in “Sign in with Google” below.
We may also automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you use our website or services, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, clicks, and other analytics or log data collected through cookies or similar technologies.
How We Use Information
We may use collected information to operate our website and business, respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver demos, evaluate leads, communicate with prospective or current clients, provide support, develop and improve our services, test and validate prototypes, personalize content, maintain security, analyze website usage, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages, we may use your number to send business-related informational or customer-care messages such as demo confirmations, follow-up communications, scheduling coordination, onboarding messages, service updates, support communications, and other operational messages related to your interaction with Soraian AI.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information with service providers and vendors who help us operate our business and deliver our services, such as hosting providers, analytics providers, CRM platforms, communications and messaging platforms, cloud providers, form processors, customer support tools, contractors, and other vendors acting on our behalf under appropriate contractual or confidentiality obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect the safety of others, investigate fraud, respond to a government request, or enforce our agreements.
If Soraian AI is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, asset sale, or other business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
None of the sharing described in this section applies to mobile opt-in data or SMS consent, which we treat as described in “Text Messaging and Mobile Information” below.
Client Data and Data Processed on Behalf of Customers
In some cases, Soraian AI may host, process, route, or support communications or workflows on behalf of a client, such as a veterinary clinic using Soraian AI systems in its own business. In those cases, Soraian AI may act as a service provider or processor on behalf of the client, and the client’s own privacy policy, notices, and agreements may govern the end-user relationship. If you believe your information was submitted to a Soraian AI-powered workflow operated for one of our clients, you may need to contact that client directly regarding your rights and requests, although we may assist where appropriate.
Sign in with Google
The Soraian AI Client Portal lets people we have invited sign in with their Google account. When you choose “Sign in with Google,” Google asks your permission to share basic profile information with us. We request only Google’s standard sign-in permissions (openid, email, and profile). We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, contacts, or any other data in your Google account.
What we receive. Your name, your email address, a unique identifier for your Google account, and, if your Google account has one, your profile picture.
How we use it. Only to sign you in to the Client Portal, to confirm that your Google account matches the email address you were invited at, to keep your session secure, and to show your name inside the Portal. We do not use your profile picture.
How we store it. This information is stored with your Portal account by our authentication and database provider, Supabase, and is protected by encryption in transit and by access controls. We keep it for as long as your Portal account exists and delete it within 30 days after your account is deleted.
How we share it. We do not sell, rent, or trade information we receive from Google. We do not use it for advertising, including retargeting or personalized or interest-based advertising, and we do not transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. We do not use it to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes. We do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We share it only with the service providers that host the Client Portal on our behalf (Supabase and Vercel), when required by law, or when necessary to protect the security of our services, such as investigating abuse. Soraian AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your choices. You can remove the Client Portal’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account’s permissions page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions). Removing access stops future Google sign-ins; it does not delete your Portal account. To delete your Portal account and the Google information stored with it, email support@soraian.com from the address you sign in with. We will confirm the deletion within 30 days.
Text Messaging and Mobile Information
If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Soraian AI, you agree to receive business-related informational or customer-care text messages from us. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below.
Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for those third parties’ or affiliates’ own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with vendors and service providers that help us deliver messaging or related business operations on our behalf.
Your SMS consent applies only to messages from Soraian AI. We do not transfer or assign it to any other business.
Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies, pixels, log files, and similar technologies to understand usage patterns, improve website performance, measure engagement, and enhance the user experience. You may control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect certain website functions.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, communicate with you, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the context in which it was collected. Information received through Sign in with Google is kept as described in “Sign in with Google” above.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may contact us to update your information, ask questions about our privacy practices, or request assistance regarding your information, subject to applicable law and our role in relation to the data. If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages from us, you may reply STOP to any text message. If you no longer wish to receive marketing or promotional emails, you may use the unsubscribe mechanism included in those messages, where applicable. To ask us to delete your information, email support@soraian.com; we will respond within 30 days.

Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
Children’s Privacy
Our website, services, and business offerings are directed to businesses and adults and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy. If we change how we use information received from Google, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before we use that information in the new way.
